I wanted to let you know that we received our package first thing this
morning and it looks GREAT! More than what we expected.

Thank you so much for taking the time to work with me on Monday regarding
the shipping and expediting of this order. I originally contacted another
company before you to get the same dog statue - I left two voicemails and
two emails on Monday and never heard back. After I opened your package this
morning, they finally sent me a reply email letting me know that they would
not be able to accommodate my rush shipping needs. So much for prompt
customer service!

I cannot tell you how excited the dogs get when the UPS man knocks on the door.  They have come to expect that EVERY parcel is for them and they leap in the air with excitement to see what new toys and treats they have now.  And believe me, two Shihtzus rarely leap!  The old Chihuahua always leaps.

is unbelievable! I had to tell you that when I unwrapped it, my little rat
